Request an online application from our website. Classes begin each February, with applications due in late November. Early application is encouraged.

The application process is competitive. To maximize engagement and participation, enrollment is limited. In selecting participants, emphasis will be placed on creating a diverse class in terms of professional sectors, years of experience, positions and background.

Towson University will award each program participant with a certificate upon successful completion of the program.

The fee for the program is $3,900 and covers tuition, program materials and networking events throughout the year, including networking events after the cohort has graduated.

Full or partial scholarships are available to a small number of participants, with emphasis on those representing the nonprofit sector. All scholarship requests must be received by the application deadline. Please contact our program manager for information on how to apply for a scholarship.
